Radon Testing*

The price for this inspection will be quoted at the time of request receipt.

Septic System/Well Testing*

The price for Septic inspections for Palm Beach County is $325.00 for a single system. Septic Inspections for Martin County are $300.00 for a single system. Well testing is available and will be quoted at request receipt.

Mold / Asbestos Testing*

This inspection is available and will be quoted at the time of request receipt. This inspection can either be a visual with no samples taken, or with a minimum 3 samples taken if mold is found and client agrees to have the samples taken. Price will increase with the samples.

Pool Testing*

A visual inspection of the pool is part of the whole house inspection. In the event it is determined that leaking is occuring in the in-ground pool piping system, we will recommend a testing company be brought in for further evaluation. This service will be coordinated by CSM and a quote will be given at that time.
